Leo Attacks DP

Dear Editor,

I refer to an article in the Regar recently, “Leo the Turtle" section in March 7th, 2007 issue. I was amazed to read that Leo the Turtle attacked the Democratic Party (DP)   opening up its new office. Leo belittled the DP appealing to them to get up and get going on their own this time. In his thoughts, Leo forgets he would have lost most of the districts if not all, if it were not for the DP in the last Election. While DP tried to help Ramkalawan win State House, Ramkalawan was trying his best to lose State House to our disappointment and waste our time and energy as a People. Leo says the DP must not "under estimate the size of the mountain we want to climb and bring water, a bake ' for bath and lots of rope to pull lazy ones along". Who is lazier then Ramkalawan who relies on Seychelles Weekly to make his speeches in the National Assembly? Who is more lazy then Ramkalawan who takes a huge pay increase in salary only to raise a feeble voice and say 3 months later..."ah, don't forget the people who are suffering  ... give them a raise to".

Leo and his pack of thieves that helped bring Rene to power in 1977 used the same tactics of deception and deceit they learned in their days as SPUP Youth to steal DP's hard earned seat in the National Assembly. Leo writes today under a turtle shell not because he is afraid of SPPF, since SPPF feeds Leo and fattens him. Leo hides under his shell today because Leo and his pack of friends have sold the People of Seychelles for a few rupees that are devaluing faster then they can count their fat salaries. In fact, SPPF can be proud today, to say to the world, they are the only communist political party in the world that has its own opposition: Leo's Party.

Go back to Aldabra Leo, where green represents nature and no algae and over-aged fungus! Stop wasting the People of Seychelles time! Leo's mental shortcomings cause him to see the mountain being too big for him. Well, we see it differently Leo, it is sliding. You should help move the mountain Leo instead of working to divide the energy of those who are moving it. You find it easy to hit Mancham with comments like "Berkay" because you know Mancham will not make you disappear over it. Why don't you use your words to bring unity of opposition in the ranks and target SPPF Leo?

LEO HAS LOST IT!

Leo Sticks His Neck Out For Money

Dear Editor,

Like many Seychellois, I read the newspapers every week and find interest in comments made by Weekly, Regar and sometimes, even poor quality People.

I cannot tell you how let down I feel over the SNP accepting a huge pay salary increase for themselves in the National Assembly along side SPPF. SNP should not have taken this money full Stop! Today, all Seychellois are suffering dearly from the increase in cost of living, increase in PUC bills, and increase in gas prices. But SNP saved themselves along with SPPF. They forgot about the People of Seychelles that elected them. It is as if they got depressed and thought about themselves only, instead of thinking about us.

In Regar 'Leo The Turtle' says"Behold the Turtle; he makes progress only when he sticks his neck out". How true. Leo and his friends at SNP led by Ramkalawan made lots of progress when they stuck their necks out and gave themselves a huge increase in salary. They stuck their necks out for themselves and forgot about the People.

All along, they were sticking their necks out for themselves and not for us. You can fool the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time. Leo...you are just another turtle on the wrong island. Go back to Aldabra where Lousteau Lalanne will make sure you are fed regularly and you will feel free, at home, although still captive, until the day comes when the SPPF will use you for pork product substitute in privatized sausages.

Leo Works For Leo!

Of Factions and What Is Said

Dear Sir

Factions exist and this is certain.  Some are open about it and seek to resolve their differences.  Others bury their heads in the sand and will not acknowledge the problem.

Leadership is about addressing the differences which do exist.

Thank you

Castration as a legal punishment!

Dear Sir

No Doubt about it!

Repeat offenders, should be offered the option of temporary (for a year) chemical castration. Or depending on the severity of the charges, a permanent solution.

Castration Takes away the criminal, uncontrollable urges and Takes them out of the Gene Pool.

I am so serious! It is a very Convincing argument for "cheaper than prison" and twice as effective as a public example/solution that Works!

Check with the NCC as to the world-wide use of this solution.

Let's start tomorrow.
