The proprietors of The Rising Sun, Inter-lotto and Printec Holdings are one and the same, to make matters worse, Printec earns over two million rupees annually from the Seychelles Nation in printing fees. This is a stab in the back from someone the Seychelles Nation considered to be a friend. “With friends like these who needs enemies?”
