Our photo shows DP President/Leader Paul Chow in the company of Mrs Xu Jinghu, Director General of the African Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China at a reception hosted by the Chinese Business Chamber of Mauritius last week. Mrs Xu is also the Secretary General of the follow-up Committee of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in Beijing.
