Dear Editor
As a young Seychelloise living abroad I would like to express my views, concern and ideas about the coming presidential election. I would also like let SPPF know how I feel.
Growing up in the
I think its high time for the SPPF to step down and let the Green light
take their place. Most of the people who are abroad are there just because they are not happy with what is taking place in their country. Why do we have to move out of
I have just learned that the DP has joined with the SNP and I’m very happy because I know that together we are now stronger and we can make it. I take pity on all those who may be confused during the campaign or who are threatened and intimidated by SPPF. My family is being intimidated at the moment, like I went through.
I think I speak for everyone living abroad, when I say that we all wish we could vote, just like other countries do. Unfortunately they won’t let us cause they know they will lose. Even if we are not able to vote will be there to give moral support to the SNP/DP.
I have a friend back home who is dating somebody who is very senior in the government; somebody who is married but is willing and can afford to pay to keep a girlfriend as well. He has even given her a home (a government flat) in juts three weeks after meeting her. Yet there are hundreds of people on the waiting list
ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE.......EVERYONE CAN BE HAPPY NOT JUST THEM........

Hi Patrick,
Juts a few words from sunny england to say congratulations to you and your team on a brilliant issue of the Seychelles Weekly of last week and indeed of previous weeks. I make it a point to read all the Seychelles newspapers on a regular basis and I must admit that yours do stand out from a journalistic point of view. I found it to be very well written, informative, and above all surgically factual in its analysis. It is refreshing to see you and your team setting new standards for journalistic reporting in our country. Even Ralph's weekly column is becoming quite enjoyable to read!
Hoping to be there to witness history in the making in a few weeks time!
Kind Regards
Regis
